John Saad is the Founder and CEO of Big Ridge Consulting, where he helps organizations turn strategy into meaningful field execution. With over 35 years of leadership experience in insurance and financial services, John specializes in aligning vision, culture, compensation, and execution to drive sustainable growth. During his 19-year career with National Life Group, he played a key role in the company’s growth from a top 70 to a top 7 U.S. life insurance carrier. He founded Big Ridge Consulting in 2025 to advise carriers, distribution organizations, and growth-oriented leaders on execution, alignment, and innovation. John is also the author of How to Unleash Reflection as a Superpower and is passionate about helping leaders simplify complexity and build cultures where people and ideas thrive. A Wake Forest University graduate, he is actively involved in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community engagement in the Winston-Salem area. John lives in Yadkinville, North Carolina, with his wife Susanne and their three college-age children.
