Benjamin J. Carson III is a seasoned financial executive and strategic business leader with more than 20 years of experience driving financial performance, operational excellence, and organizational growth across manufacturing, consumer products, and entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as Principal of Carson Consulting, where he advises startup and early-stage companies on financial strategy, operational planning, organizational development, and business growth initiatives.
Throughout his career, Ben has held senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer roles at Kayser-Roth Corporation, The P&A Group, Migra Ammunition, and Royce Too LLC. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly two decades with Hanesbrands and Sara Lee, where he served in executive finance and corporate development leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. In these roles, he led strategic acquisitions, organizational transformations, financial planning initiatives, and operational improvement efforts for multi-billion-dollar business units.
Ben earned his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Cum Laude, from Hampton University.
