Dave Mills

A financial executive with over 25 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and strategy, risk management and leadership. After graduating from Virginia Tech, he spent several years at EY within the audit advisory practice focusing on entrepreneur-led and public companies. After EY he worked with several start-up and public consumer product companies, lastly serving as the CFO of Primo Water Corporation, a publicly traded company with sales over $300 million. David provided strategic financial leadership and played a critical role in ensuring the company strategies created shareholder value. In March 2020, David played a lead role in the successful sale of Primo for $775 million.
David has extensive experience working closely with institutional and individual investors, sell-side equity research analysts, bankers, insurance brokers, external legal counsels, external auditors and tax advisors. In addition, David has managed all aspects of finance, investor relations, legal, risk management and human resources.
