David Isaac

David Isaac is a retired General Counsel and VP of HR who recently moved back to Winston-Salem from Houston and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to help Winston Starts as a Mentor. Isaac brings with him experience as a senior executive with a unique blend of legal and human resources expertise. As an in-house attorney, Isaac’s pragmatic, business-first legal philosophy was tailored to help the organization achieve its objectives. Isaac was unique among HR professionals due to his focus on ensuring that the HR function supports the business rather than impedes it. Isaac is currently working on a BS in Physics.
