With 27 years’ experience as a marketer, portfolio manager and business transformer at Hanesbrands, Jay has launched numerous consumer relevant innovations and marketing campaigns including Hanes Tagless T-shirts, Hanes Lay-flat Collars and Bali Easy Lite. Jay has experience with brick and mortar and digital sales and has a transparent leadership style that creates and empowers high performing teams.
