Seasoned medical device executive working with multiple early stage companies. Educated as a physicist, Rives understands the technical aspects, but focuses on financial and marketing strategies. Rives has led major medical and clinical affairs programs throughout his career, including the largest multi-center study on sterotactic breast biopsy and the first clinical trials for full field digital mammography. He has gone through six 510(k)s and 2 PMAs at various companies. Rives can help build a company roadmap, regulatory strategy, financial proforma, and plan to successfully launch new products.
