Sara is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RevTech Labs Capital & RevTech Labs Foundation. RTLF operates a FinTech, and InsureTech accelerator program providing startups with mentorship, programming, and opportunities to connect with businesses, government, and non-profits. Working with and investing in female founders and founders of color is a cornerstone of her work with start-ups. RevTech Labs Capital has recently been recognized as a finalist for Top Venture Fund by Finovate. She Co-Founded Packard Place in 2010 to build a more robust and innovation oriented entrepreneurial ecosystem in Charlotte. Prior to that she owned and operated a two time Inc 500 winning marketing company. Sara has been recognized by Career Mastered and the Charlotte Business Journal as a Power 100 Executive for being a diversity champion. In 2018, she was inducted into the NC Women in Business Hall of Fame and is a past recipient of NAWBO Charlotte Woman Business Owner of the Year. She currently serves on boards at Goodwill of the Southern Piedmont Foundation, the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra and the Community Building Initiative. Sara is bi-lingual, bi-cultural and of Colombian descent. She is passionate about economic mobility, women and children’s initiatives and is also the proud mother of two sets of twins.
