Ted Bernstein

Theodore (“Ted”) Bernstein is an entrepreneur and investment banker with 30 years of experience in health care, life sciences, law, and finance. He is a seasoned professional with a proven history of success and is known for his ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex strategic and financial challenges, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and his passion to help his clients succeed.

Ted also has extensive qualifications in the consumer and retail industries, as proven by his #1 ranking from Institutional Investor as a best-in-class research analyst for multiple consecutive years.

Ted earned a law degree (Juris Doctor) and a Master of Business Administration (finance) from the University of Chicago, a Master of Public Health (health management) from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Arts (natural sciences) from Johns Hopkins University. He has held senior positions at prominent organizations including Massachusetts General Hospital, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Wasserstein Perella & Co., UBS, and Avenue Capital Group.

Ted holds the FINRA series 7 and 79 licenses and the NASAA series 63 license and, while not providing legal services, is admitted to practice law in New York.
